Man I definitely love plaids. Or maybe just this plaid polo I bought recently in Attic Bazaar - but still, they’re way too cute and perhaps, which is in my case, they’re also way too pink and girly.
So yesterday was a holiday which gave me a chance to seize a photo shoot - luckily, I had an early dismissal today so I was, ofcourse, able to edit this outfit post as soon as I got home. And as I am typing the next words that I am typing just right now, I am so hungryyyy for Shawarmas and burgers with tons of freakin’ vegetables which doesn’t make much of a difference even if there’s none. And before I get all too far and talk about stuffs that doesn’t have anything to do with my outfit (hahaha), here’s my ootd yesterday. Hope you’ll like it!
Rishee took this photo while I was obviously laughing at something I can’t even remember what - I kinda liked it so I just posted it anyway.

I -kinda- looked like a superhero with the outfit’s similarity to Captain America’s costume during the Valentine’s. Most people opt to wear red outfits on Valentine’s; and seriously, who wouldn’t just follow the norm? because I know I wouldn’t. Well, at first, I did think of just wearing red and all, but then one day, I walked pass by a boutique and wasn’t really looking for a Captain America inspired outfit. All I was looking for was a red midrib or just anything red really. And viola! I found the perfect outfit for my Valentine’s date and perhaps, if it weren’t for Captain America; maybe I wouldn’t have been able to fulfill my intent of having the perfect outfit for myself and for Valentine’s.
So, this was the outfit I came up with for Valentines’ and the outfit I’m really happy with. It really does sum up my own style because I am (and forever will be) in love (maybe a’lil bit obsessed though) with midribs that happen to fit my build perfectly. And so much for that. (lol) Here’s what I wore:

Valentine’s may be - or at least - the most romantic nautical day for some to celebrate every year which is for me, it is. Weeks before February 14 dropped, I’ve absolutely exaggeratingly have been reckoning the words to best outright how much I couldn’t wait for that day to finally happen. Just framing through my mind how February 14 would be a day just for the both of us makes me even more -not just excited- perky like I am not used to.
Rishee went into my school to fetch me, and as soon as we headed on our “date” setting we promptly bought tickets at the cinema because we utterly know that letting just a minute pass us by, the line on the ticket booth would make us (literally) line back to where we had enter the mall. Haha! After buying our tickets we decided to have our “fancy dinner date”. We decided to have it at Don Henrico’s and guess what, we ordered just as much as we thought we could eat but apparently, we failed to. And our bill was “Omg! I thought my parents were the only ones who’s going to pay this kind of bill for me”. Hahaha! But we have our own designed budget for lunch so we weren’t shocked at all. Lunch date was extremely my favorite ones! We had a freakin’ delicious nachos with a freakin’ delicious dips, a -this is more than a- lasagna, pizza, valencia (which I wasn’t able to take a picture) and a bottomless ice tea.
We did not -repeat not- considered the fact that we just had our lunch and that we couldn’t just chew anything anymore but we still had pop corns (like the usual). We had no any concrete idea on what to watch for that day. We’ve been choosing between The Lego Movie, Vampires Academy and I, Frankenstein. After which, we decided to have I, Frankenstein instead. The movie was frankly cool and at a very least, was way too confusing. The movie’s all about angels vs. demons vs. monsters. And the part which made me confusingly confused, was that angels weren’t angel-look-alike and monsters shouldn’t have “s” at the end because he was probably just the monster who’s still living. Captial LOL for me for what the hell I’m talking about. Hahaha!
Then we set off at the bowling center after watching the movie to play bowling. We had 4 sets to play or -which is particularly true for me- 4 sets for me to lose to, which honestly happened. Just as much as I’m desperate to win over Rishee, I sadly couldn’t beat him. The saddest part of my valentine’s, though. Maybe I should just accept the fact that I shouldn’t be thinking of winning over him in the first place. *cries a river*
My score didn’t even reached half of his. *cries a river for the second time*
It has always been our habit every time we have our date that before we’ll end the day we should (a) look for a souvenir. It may be a couple thing or anything we thought are cute and we’ll make us remember the day whenever we had flashbacks and lastly; (b) although we know that we are more than bloated we always make way for us to head on the Starbucks. Not just for coffee or for the sake of resting our feet out, but also for -kind of- leaving our hangovers because of our date which is why on earth, up to now, I still have no idea why we always thought that it would make our date fulfilling.
And before I finally forget something, Happy valentine’s day glamorous readers!
And look! Rishee’s cute valentine’s gift for me. *blush* He’s the guy who always makes me fat and the guy who always wants to be unique from others. Every guy usually gives flowers every valentine’s day but he just tends to break the manner, and it just makes him the sweetest and best valentine’s date ever. February 14, 2014 was too good to be true, and luckily for me, it happened! :)
